We’re Recruiting: Become a #Kaizenite and join the Kaizen family!

Kaizen is a digital content marketing agency based in Shoreditch, London. This year, we’ve been nominated for multiple awards, including The Drum’s ‘Best Content Marketing Agency 2017’, and were featured on the top 100 startups list by Startups.co.uk this year.

As a rapidly-growing company, we’ve welcomed 8 new employees to the Kaizen family this year, and achieved a 35% growth in revenue. And we have the opportunity for four new Kaizenites to join our team!

We’re currently recruiting for the following roles:

But first, hear what some of our current employees have to say about working with us:

Rob

‘I like that we can expand into new, experimental work that we haven’t tried before and it’ll be taken seriously’

Alex

‘My favourite part about working at Kaizen is the community feel of the office, everyone supports each other and there’s never a dull day. Also I like that you get the opportunity to work across a range of brands and take on responsibility quickly as your experience and skills improve’

Nathan

‘I like that employees are valued on a personal level, as well as being helped to develop in their own role.’

Akash

‘Great team spirit and everyone works together to deliver great performance. And having a tangible impact on leading brands’ performance through exciting, creative work.’

Yvonne

‘Welcoming, open atmosphere. Continuous improvement on services to clients and the skills of employees.’

Elias

‘I like the fact that everyone learns a lot from each other’s expertise. I’ve passed some of my design/software knowledge to people and in return I’ve learned a lot about stuff like SEO, CRO, etc that I didn’t know about’

Grace

‘Having a talented team that have your back!’
