Kaizen’s Jess Fairfax a Semi-Finalist in Venus Awards 2018

We’re delighted to announce that one of our PR Managers, Jess Fairfax, has been selected as a Semi-Finalist for ‘Outstanding Team Member’ in this year’s annual Venus Awards.

The Awards applaud and reward working women who often don’t receive adequate recognition and workable life-balance. With a goal of championing female talent and achievement, in the words of the Founder, Tara Evans, this is not by forcing opinions but by mutual respect and inter-gender collaboration.

Jess joined the company less than two years ago as an intern, and has seamlessly moved up the ranks to now manage her own team of PR specialists. She brings not only her incredible work ethic and proven track record of 729 pieces of coverage to-date, including top-tier publications like The Daily Mail, Marie Claire and Business Insider, but also her amazing personality, motivation and team mentality.

We’re so proud to have such inspiring people in our team!
